Description

The Agency of Human Services/Family Services Division of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Due Process Review Hearings. These hearings involve children and youth appealing their administrative placement in a secure facility in Vermont. The Department for Children and Families works to promote the safety and well-being of Vermont's children and youth and seeks qualified individuals or entities to serve as arbitrators for these hearings.
