1.0 INTRODUCTION

Base Cape Cod (BCC) is acquiring services for the cleaning and maintenance of the small arms firing range (SAFR), the associated lobby areas and the heating, exhaust, and ventilation systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations and any applicable Department of Defense (DOD) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policies.
