GSA's Federal Acquisition Service is seeking a contractor to provide telematics installation support services for GSA Fleet vehicles at military bases throughout Japan. - Government Buyer: - General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, Office of Shared Services Delivery, GSA Fleet Acquisition Support - Scope of Work: - Onsite installation of telematics devices for a variety of vehicle types, including sedans, light trucks, medium and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and specialty vehicles - Contractor must supply all personnel, tools, and materials - Installations to be performed at government or private facilities across multiple military bases in Japan - Quantities & Line Items: - Annual base quantity: up to 560 installations per year - Optional quantity: up to 280 additional installations per year - Total estimated installations over contract: up to 2,520 - Contract Structure & Value: - Single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) - Firm fixed price with annual pricing submissions - Estimated total contract value: $350,000 - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must demonstrate technical capability and relevant past performance - Support must leverage industry best practices and cover locations outside the continental United States - Installations must comply with Statement of Objectives (SOO) and relevant FAR clauses - OEMs & Vendors: - No specific OEMs or telematics device brands are named in the solicitation - Performance Locations: - Multiple military bases throughout Japan, as detailed in Appendix A

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 47QMCA26Q0058 is issued as a  request for quotes (RFQ) for Telematics installation support through Japan. Support is required multiple military bases through-out Japan.    .

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at FAR Overhaul.

(iii) This acquisition is to obtain a contractor telematic installation support solution for GSA Fleet that leverages industry best practices located globally outside the continental United States. Support is required for multiple bases throughout Japan.  Vehicle types differ from location to location, and may include sedans, light trucks, medium and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and other specialty vehicles. The contractor must provide all personnel, tools and materials needed to successfully support GSA Fleet's requirement for Telematics installations.
