Travis County Healthcare District (Central Health) in Austin, Texas is seeking proposals for a comprehensive caregiver services solution to enhance its employee benefit program. - Government Buyer: Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, Central Health Purchasing Office - Scope of Services: - Caregiving support for a wide range of needs: childcare (infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children), special needs, eldercare, pet care, home services, tutoring, and resources for new and expecting parents - Emergency back-up care must be available - Ongoing support for Central Health and its benefits administration team - Integration with electronic eligibility file feeds (UKG as benefits administration vendor) and potential integration with Central Health's Personify App - Multi-lingual communication capabilities - Open enrollment support and performance guarantees - Provision of benchmarking data - Vendor Requirements: - Strong public image and positive regional/national reputation - High-quality, cost-effective coverage and excellent customer service - Demonstrated account management, reporting, and implementation capabilities - Pricing: - Net of commissions, with clear fees for each service type - Contract Structure: - Initial term of one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal options - Only one award will be made based on evaluation criteria - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify and secure a caregiver solution for the Travis County Healthcare District System. The vendor must have a strong public image and reputation, provide excellent customer service to facilitate easy access to care, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective coverage that enhances the System's team member benefit program. The selected vendor will also provide superior ongoing support to the System and its benefits administration team. One award will be granted based on evaluation criteria.
