This is a Sources Sought Notice for small businesses only.
Responses to this notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research only. Depending on market research and other influences, GSA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this project around Late Summer/Early Fall 2026.
This is not a request for orders or proposals. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses and the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement.

Project Description
GSA Public Building Services (OAM Project Delivery Contracting - West) intends to solicit construction firm(s) to perform alteration work at the Indian Health Service (IHS) in Window Rock, AZ.
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) is one of 12 regional administrative units of the Indian Health Service (IHS), in the US Department of Health and Human Services. The NAIHS delivers health services to a user population of over 244,000 American Indians in five Federal service units on and near the Navajo Nation.
This project encompasses the installation of a new chain link fence with barbed wire, automated gates, an access control system, and a comprehensive video surveillance system.
The purpose of this project is to enhance security, control access, and provide monitoring capabilities for the property. The project includes the installation of a new security fence with automated gates, an eight-door access control system, a comprehensive video surveillance network, window security sensors, and a water detection alarm system
Disclosure of magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
Delivery Method
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price construction under commercial procedures contract.

Interested small business contractors are requested to respond to this notice by providing the below information. Responses must be submitted via Google form link provided in "links" section of notice.

2. Provide a general statement of your qualifications, capabilities, and ability to perform a renovation project on / at a remote location.
3. Provide the following information for no more than two (2) projects that are a good representation of your firm’s qualifications and technical capabilities: contract number, total aggregate contract amount, general description of work, location(s) of work, awarding government agency, and indicate if contract is in CPARS.
Responses
Acknowledgment of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the Government’s evaluation of the information received. No questions will be responded to in reference to this notice.
Responses to this Notice shall be reviewed by the Contracting Officer for the purpose of determining whether there exists reasonable interest and capability of a registered small business contractor. A determination not to complete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government in response to this Notice will be for review purposes only.
