THERE IS NO INCUMBENT; THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT.CONSTRUCTION COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONNon-personal services to replace manhole covers/frames (new frames must match the existing manhole sizes) and to replace the main entrance security gate at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in San Juan, PR per the attached Statement of Work.(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 1305M326Q0184 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the replacement of three manhole covers/frames and main entrance security gate at the NWS in San Juan, PR.This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $19.0M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
