This opportunity is for janitorial services at the USAGM Transmitting Station in Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines, supporting the agency's broadcasting mission in Asia. - Government Buyer: - United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) - Office of Contracts - USAGM Transmitting Station, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines - Scope of Services: - Janitorial services for approximately 8,830 square meters of warehouse, office, and transmitter space - Cleaning of halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, and sensitive transmitter areas - Specialized cleaning in transmitter zones, including dusting/vacuuming transmitter cubicles, cleaning air filters and grills, flushing drains and water ways, and general housekeeping for fifteen high-powered broadcast transmitters - Both standard and additional temporary janitorial services required - Contract Structure: - One base year plus four one-year option periods (potential total of five years) - Monthly service periods for each CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and insurance - Security clearances and compliance with local laws are mandatory - Quality assurance and adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW) are required - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are involved, as this is a service contract

Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain janitorial services for USAGM Transmitting Station, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. The USAGM Transmitting station in the country of Philippines supports the Agency mission to inform, engage, and connect people around the world in support of freedom and democracy. The station broadcasts a broad spectrum of programs created by the VOA for audiences across East and South Asia. The station owns approximately 9,000 square meters of warehouse and office space. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, and storage areas. The Contractor shall also perform escorted cleaning services in sensitive transmitter areas including, but not limited to dusting/vacuuming the exterior of the transmitter cubicles, cleaning of air filters/grills, flushing of drains and water ways, and other general housekeeping tasks associated with fifteen (15) high‐powered broadcast transmitters. The contract period of performance shall be one (1) base year, and four (4) one-year option periods.
