The U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Safety, Health & Environmental Programs Division, is seeking a contractor to provide certified urine specimen collection services for its Drug Deterrence Program. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Secret Service, Safety, Health & Environmental Programs Division - Services Requested: - Onsite urine specimen collection for USSS employees and applicants - 1,500 collections per year, at USSS-designated sites in the DC Metro Area - One primary and three backup collectors required - Contractor must provide all personnel, supplies, training, and administrative support - Minimum random drug testing rate of 10% must be maintained - Strict compliance with Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) guidelines and specimen security protocols - Products/Part Numbers: - Onsite Collections, Part Numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001 (each for 1,500 collections per year, covering base and four option years) - Unique Requirements: - Certified collectors - Adherence to federal drug testing standards - Multi-year contract structure (base year plus four option years) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.
