The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), part of the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking a small business to provide in-person tutoring services for cadets in STEM subjects. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), Department of Homeland Security - HQ Contract Operations (CG-912) - Scope of Services: - In-person, on-premise tutoring for cadets in: - Mathematics (including Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Pre-Calculus) - Chemistry (Chemistry 1) - Physics (Physics 2) - Data Literacy/Programming (Data Analysis & Visualization, Principles of Programming, Tools for Business Intelligence) - Engineering (Statistics) - Tutoring covers fall, spring, and summer semesters, with flexible and scalable support - Each subject area requires one tutor per semester, with an estimated 285 hours per course for the fall semester - Tutoring sessions are held Sunday through Thursday evenings - Tutors must have relevant degrees and experience in the subject area - Deliverables include weekly faculty meetings and session reporting - Contract Structure & Requirements: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - Five-year ordering period, with one-year ordering periods and firm-fixed-price task orders - 100% small business set-aside (NAICS 611710) - Emphasis on prior experience supporting undergraduate STEM programs - Contractor personnel must comply with government regulations - No OEMs or specific vendors are named; this is a service-based procurement.
