The United States Secret Service, under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking industry input for a 12-month, firm fixed price design-build contract to expand the Merletti Classroom at the James J. Rowley Training Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security, United States Secret Service, Program Directorate/Division, James J. Rowley Training Center - Scope of Work: - Turn-key design-build services for a multifunction auditorium annex, including advanced audiovisual systems, IT infrastructure, HVAC, and security-compliant construction - Optional tasks: exterior terrace with retractable awning, restroom renovations, exhibit displays, weapon storage locker installation, pressure washing, and service road construction - Key Products and Systems Requested: - Professional-grade video cameras (4-6 pan, tilt, zoom units) - Multicast system for livestreaming compatible with MS Teams - Digital audio mixer board with remote control - Wireless microphones (6 handheld, 1 lavalier) and wired microphones (7 XLR connections) - Ceiling microphones (2-4 units) - 4K RGB pure laser projection system or equivalent - Multiple OLED televisions and LED monitors - High-quality PA speaker system - Advanced lighting system with dimmers and rigs - Sound-absorbing commercial-grade materials for walls and ceiling - Two presidential styled powered podiums with integrated controls - Floor plate connections for power, USB-C, HDMI - 100 wall-mounted, bullet-resistant weapon storage lockers (A-36 HR Plate Steel, 2024-T351 Aluminum) - Notable Requirements: - Experience with auditorium and multi-functional facility design-build projects - Compliance with security and environmental standards - Key personnel with relevant expertise - IT infrastructure must include CAT6a and single-mode fiber cabling - All systems must be fully integrated and commissioned - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solutions must be professional-grade and may allow for approved equivalents
