The Delivery Order was awarded on a sole source basis containing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINS under the Rockwell Collins, Inc. Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-21-G-0005 restore CNMS building off of Engineering Assignments (EA) 20-AVSx-11426, Radios’ Upgrade Program, 21-AVSx-11494 Radio Crypto CNMS Continuation, and 22-AVSx-11468 Radio Crypto Follow-On.
