Description

This solicitation is for furnishing labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide and deliver recycled copy paper to various schools and administrative offices within the Forsyth County School District. Deliveries must be made to individual sites on an as-needed basis. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The paper must contain no less than 30% post-consumer recycled materials for dual-purpose paper and no less than 10% for cardstock paper. Bids must be submitted via email and include specified documentation such as the Invitation for Bid Form, specifications, references, addendum, and MWBE documentation.
