The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is seeking annual maintenance services for emergency generators at Pikes Peak National Cemetery in Colorado Springs, CO. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Pikes Peak National Cemetery - OEM Highlight: - Cummins is the specified manufacturer for both generator units - Products/Services Requested: - Annual routine maintenance for two Cummins generator units: - 125 KW generator (part numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) - 150 KW generator (part numbers: 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002) - Each generator receives one maintenance service per year, including inspection, full service, and load bank testing - Quantities: - 1 maintenance service per generator per year, for five years (total: 5 services per generator) - Unique Requirements: - Contract is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Maintenance must cover both inspection and load bank testing - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (total five years)
