Description
This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the City of Austin for insulation and heat trace services. The scope includes inspecting, repairing, and installing heat tracing systems to maintain fully operational freeze protection systems, as well as removing and replacing insulation as required. The work will be performed at various Austin Energy facilities including gas-fired power plants and on-site energy plants. The contract term is initially 12 months with options for four additional 12-month extensions.
