Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) proposes amending regulatory requirements for submitting fingerprints and photographs with firearms applications. Currently, applicants must submit passport-style photographs and fingerprint cards. The proposal suggests allowing applicants to submit a copy of a photo ID instead of a passport-style photograph and reducing fingerprint card submissions depending on the applicant type.
