Description
This final rule amends the using agency and controlling agency descriptions for restricted areas R-5301, R-5302A, R-5302B, and R-5302C in North Carolina. The changes update the agencies responsible for these restricted airspaces without altering any boundaries, altitudes, times of designation, or activities conducted within the areas. The using agency is changed from the U.S. Navy to the U.S. Marine Corps Commanding Officer at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. The controlling agency is updated to USMC, MCAS Cherry Point CERAP for all four restricted areas. This administrative update is routine and does not impact operational aspects of the restricted areas.
