Description
The International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited five-year review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The review was initiated following an adequate domestic interested party group response and an inadequate respondent interested party group response.
