Description
This notice announces the approval of the fifty-fifth amendment to the Joint Self-Regulatory Organization Plan (UTP Plan) which governs the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges on an unlisted trading privileges basis. The amendment extends the Processor's hours of operation to receive and disseminate quotation information, transaction reports, and related information from 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time Sunday to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, with a one-hour pause each evening Monday through Thursday for technical refreshes. The amendment clarifies operational hours, trade date times for the Processor, and cost allocation for the extended hours. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved this amendment after a public comment period with no comments received.
