Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces the rescindment of the Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH), Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Privacy Act system of records titled One Stop Customer Service (OSCS). The OSCS system is determined to be duplicative and its functions have been consolidated into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of records as of October 30, 2024. The CRM system provides comprehensive coverage for customer service interactions across HUD programs, making the OSCS system no longer necessary.
