Description

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), on behalf of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, has delisted the Cassatt Patient Safety Organization (PSO number P0136) following its voluntary relinquishment of PSO status. The Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Final Rule authorizes AHRQ to list and delist PSOs based on compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The delisting was effective at midnight ET on June 8, 2026. The Cassatt PSO will comply with requirements regarding notification to providers and disposition of patient safety work product.
