Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for certain waters of the Tred Avon River near Oxford, Maryland, to ensure safety during a power boat racing event on July 18, 2026, with a contingency date of July 19, 2026, in case of inclement weather. The regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Maryland--National Capital Region or their designated representative.
