The requirement is for a comprehensive event package for the U.S. National Day celebration scheduled for June 9, 2026, at the Chellah archaeological site in Rabat. The required services encompass an expanded structural and technical infrastructure footprint across the venue: Catering & Beverage: A formal cocktail reception serving 1,000 guests (8 canapes per person) along with specialized tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks, and an allocated selection of 2,650 units of wine, prosecco, and premium beers, including full service, ice, and glassware. Venue Space Allocation: Full-day privatization of the Chellah site, including the Ciconia restaurant. Patio restaurant, the forum, and the main Esplanade area. Event Infrastructure & Decoration: Provision of a 40 m^ main stage with a royal portrait and chairs, high tables, stools, and multiple bars distributed across all zones. It also includes comprehensive facility additions such as 100 stanchions, 15 specialized trash bins, a red-carpet entrance outlined with 62 structural lanterns, and the physical construction and outfitting of dressing rooms for performers.
