Description

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF), through its Côte-Nord Regional Directorate, seeks to award a professional services contract for the development and implementation of an ecological monitoring protocol to document the impacts of reconstruction work on the Lac à la Loutre dam.
