This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a Consultant to provide professional engineering services for PFAS treatment improvements to the City's northerly and southerly water supply systems. The scope includes design of treatment plants, influent and product water pipelines, and associated improvements. The project aims to treat PFAS contaminants in groundwater to meet regulatory standards and is partially federally funded, requiring compliance with U.S. EPA Region 9 procurement requirements.
