Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District intends to solicit for competitive bids under RFO part 14 for the following requirement.1. A Tactical Operation Center(TOC) pad for the purpose of conducting training for real world scenarios. This includes a new gravel lot inside the existing area used for TOC operations with supporting power and communications. New ballards, curbs, lighting, and storage racks around the perimeter of the lot will be provided. A new prefabricated guard shack will be installed on a concrete curb, northwest of the new TOC pad. All material must remain on site due to contamination. Low spots and ponding of water must be avoided during the project. 2. Completion Days: 365 Consecutive Calendar Days NAICS Code: 237310 (Highway, Bridge, and Street Construction); 3. Critical Assumptions and Constraints: a. The USARC Site will remain operational during work. b. Work will be performed during normal business hours. Some utility shutdowns may have to be performed during off-hours or weekends c. The site is contaminated and material will have to remain on site.
