The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is seeking bids for the printing of 5,000 Registered Boiler Tags. The tags are specified to be 3.526" x 0.8437" with 0.0938" radius rounded corners, made of .016" anodized aluminum with permanent adhesive. The printing will be in black and yellow on one side only, with two holes of 0.125" diameter. Serial numbering will be consecutive from B130000 to B134999. The awarded vendor will set up the artwork and must include costs for metal tags, printing, die-cutting, hole drilling, consecutive numbering, artwork, and shipping proofs for next-day delivery.
