Description
This solicitation is for providing as needed Heating and Air Conditioning Services for City of Redlands facilities for a period of 12 months. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The services include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC needs as they arise throughout City owned facilities. Bidders must bid on all items and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
