Description
The City of Carson is seeking qualified firms to provide professional construction management and inspection services for two capital improvement projects: Project No. 1636 involving Mills Park Site Improvements including playground, courts, shade structures, walkways, drainage, turf, furnishings, and fencing; and Project No. 1795 involving Mills Park Building Renovations and Site Improvements including building expansion, office space, restrooms, splash pad equipment room, interior improvements, walkway enhancements, and removal of old wading pool. The solicitation is in the bidding stage with electronic bid submission required. The City does not commit to award a contract or pay bid preparation costs and all responses become public records under the California Public Records Act.
