1. Introduction and Purpose

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to identify qualified and experienced businesses capable of performing the services described herein. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, etc.) relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement.

2. Agency and Location

Agency: U.S. Coast Guard Location of Work: Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater 15100 Rescue Way Clearwater, FL 33762 Location of Work 2nd Site: Great Inagua, Matthew Town Bahamas, adjacent to the Great Inagua Airport in Matthew Town, Bahamas

3. Project Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform annual inspection, testing, and limited maintenance of all installed fire alarm and detection systems, water-based fire protection systems, dry chemical extinguishing systems, wet chemical extinguishing systems, and fire pumps in accordance with the full Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work is to be performed at the USCG Air Station in Clearwater, FL and USCG Coast Guard Great Inagua.

Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to perform the services described above. The capabilities statement should include, at a minimum, the following information:
