Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive benchmark assessment system for Grades 3–8 English Language Arts and Mathematics, Grades 5 and 8 Science, and High School Regents-tested subjects. The assessment system shall provide standards-aligned, predictive, and instructional data that supports continuous improvement of teaching, learning, intervention, and curriculum evaluation. All assessment questions should mirror New York State Assessment format. Electronic submittal is allowed and encouraged via the BPS BONFIRE portal.
