Description

This contract is a Participating Addendum for the procurement of Dell computer equipment, peripherals, and related services under the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Master Agreement. The agreement is between the District of Columbia Government, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and Dell Marketing L.P. It includes provisions for four one-year option periods, with two options already exercised. The current term runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and the contract allows for use by all District of Columbia Government agencies under the authority of the Chief Procurement Official.
