Description
Sealed bids are requested for the Greene County Highway & Solid Waste Department Windham Transfer Station Replacement project. The project includes demolition and removal of existing structures, construction of an approximately 8,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundations, installation of a pre-fabricated climate-controlled container office, salvage and reinstallation of existing equipment, site improvements including retaining walls, pavements, stormwater management, fencing, gates, and utility modifications. Electrical construction includes electrical and communications service and distribution, site and building lighting, and electrical connections to equipment.
