Description
The City of Rolling Hills Estates is seeking proposals from professional consulting firms to provide Municipal Stormwater Permit Consulting Services. The selected firm will assist with implementation of Regional MS4 Permit requirements, annual regulatory reporting, watershed management activities, Safe Clean Water Program compliance, and related stormwater program support. Services include program management, regulatory compliance, annual MS4 reporting, public outreach support, staff training, watershed coordination, monitoring and reporting, grant assistance, and additional services as identified by the proposer. The contract duration is approximately 3 years, from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
