Description

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking proposals from firms or individuals to provide on-call airport technical consulting services. The scope includes planning, ground access, landside, airside, airspace, airport operations and congestion management, urban and advanced mobility, aviation system planning, land use, aircraft noise, environmental review and compliance with state/federal environmental regulations, planning support services, airport planning and research/analysis, and airport planning analytical support services at San Diego International Airport. The agreement is anticipated to be for three years with two one-year extension options and a total value not to exceed $12,000,000. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 3, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting on July 9, 2026.
