Description
The Corporation of the City of Kingston, Facilities Management & Construction Services, is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide comprehensive refrigeration services for City owned arenas. The scope includes ongoing routine maintenance, on-call service, complete system startup and shutdowns, condition assessments, deficiency inspections, test and tag safeties, and refrigerant leak detectors. The successful proponent must provide all labor and materials required to complete the work. The City reserves the right to refuse any proposal and to re-issue the RFP.
