Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the City of Kingston invites proposals for the demolition and replacement of HVAC systems at City Hall. The work includes demolition of two existing chillers and installation of three new modular chillers, removal and replacement of two air handling units (AHUs), and installation of a new DDC control system integrated with the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System.
