Description

The City of Kingston is seeking qualified contractors to perform building envelope repairs at the Seniors Centre located at 56 Francis Street, Kingston, ON. The work includes detailed review and repair of the exterior building envelope such as masonry repairs, lintel repairs, insulating glass unit replacements, removal and replacement of sealants, and foundation wall parging. Coordination with the City and Seniors Centre staff is required. The building was originally constructed in stages between 1948 and 1956 and converted to a Seniors Centre in 2001.
