The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide a study to extend light rail transit approximately 16.3 miles from Lynnwood City Center to Everett Station. The project also includes an operation and maintenance facility (OMF) in the corridor.
