Sound Transit is seeking support services for its GE Cimplicity Local Building Management System (BMS) and related programmable logic controllers (PLCs). - Government Buyer: - Sound Transit (Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority) - OEMs and Vendors: - General Electric (GE) is the primary OEM for the BMS and PLC hardware/software - Products/Services Requested: - Scheduled preventative maintenance for GE Cimplicity BMS, iHistorian, and GE PLCs (Rx3i, Versamax) - Unscheduled repairs for the same systems - Upgrades and improvements to the BMS and PLCs - Support for Link Train Control System (TCS) and Emergency Ventilation System (EVS) PLC system, both integrated with the BMS - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Expertise with GE Cimplicity BMS, iHistorian, and GE PLCs (Rx3i, Versamax) is required - Services cover both routine and emergency support, as well as system enhancements - The contract scope includes both hardware and software components, as well as integration with train control and emergency ventilation systems

Description

Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide scheduled preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and upgrades to the GE Cimplicity Local Building Management System (BMS), including iHistorian, and integrated field programmable controllers (PLCs). The scope includes support for the Link Train Control System (TCS) and Emergency Ventilation System (EVS) PLC system, which are connected and integrated with the local BMS. The PLCs include various GE models such as Rx3i and Versamax lines. The full scope of work is detailed in Section Two Scope of Work.
