Description

Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide scheduled preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and upgrades to the GE Cimplicity Local Building Management System (BMS), including iHistorian, and integrated field programmable controllers (PLCs). The scope includes support for the Link Train Control System (TCS) and Emergency Ventilation System (EVS) PLC system, which are connected and integrated with the local BMS. The PLCs include various GE models such as Rx3i and Versamax lines. The full scope of work is detailed in Section Two Scope of Work.
