Description
The City of Santa Maria invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional land surveying services to conduct a comprehensive survey of approximately 5,200 sanitary sewer manholes within the City's collection system. The primary objective is to obtain accurate flowline elevations for all inlet and outlet pipes, along with associated horizontal and vertical control data. This data will support updates to the City's Geographic Information System (GIS), hydraulic modeling, asset management, and long-term capital improvement planning. The work does not involve entry into manholes, and confined space requirements do not apply. The City anticipates completing the work within 6 to 8 months.
