DSBN Prequalification for Playground Equipment Vendors of Record

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is initiating a prequalification process to establish a list of Vendors of Record (VOR) for playground equipment projects. - Government Buyer: - District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) - Scope of Procurement: - Design, supply, delivery, and installation of playground equipment at various DSBN locations - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or models are named - No minimum or guaranteed purchase quantities; services will be provided on an as-needed basis - Procurement Structure: - Prequalification process to create a VOR list - Schools are not obligated to purchase from the VOR list and may select vendors at their discretion - Compliance: - Procurement is compliant with Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA, and CFTA - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must meet DSBN requirements to be considered for the VOR list - No commitment to purchase or enter into agreements with any vendor

Description

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) intends to establish Vendors of Record for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of playground equipment on an as-needed basis for various DSBN locations. Only proponents meeting the requirements will be considered vendors of record. Ordering of playground equipment is not mandatory, nor is it mandatory for schools to enter into any agreement with any approved vendor once established. Pre-qualified proponents will be deemed acceptable and recommended as vendors that schools may choose to use. Schools will decide which vendor to use.
