Description

The City of Huntington Beach is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide components and labor for a complete refurbishment of two of the City's three Crystaliner lifeguard rescue vessels. These 29-foot vessels are used for rescues in surf and other aquatic environments and for search and rescue operations for the Marine Safety Division of the Fire Department. The vendor shall provide all services described in Exhibit A attached to the Request for Proposal. The bid response format is electronic, and the bid is open until July 23, 2026.
