The City of Grande Prairie is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced consultants to update and combine the current Grande Prairie Design Manual and Construction Manual into one comprehensive document. The updated manual will be authenticated into individual volumes and aligned with current industry standards and best practices. The contract period is from August 19, 2026, to July 30, 2027. All submissions must be made through the bids&tenders system, and no NDA is required for document access.
