Arlington Independent School District (AISD) is seeking to establish an approved vendor list for all-purpose supplies, equipment, and services. - No specific products, quantities, or jobs are being requested at this stage - Vendors who qualify will be eligible to receive quote requests for future needs - All products or services provided under future requests must include at least a one-year warranty if applicable - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in this solicitation - Opportunity is open to a wide range of suppliers and service providers - Approved vendor list is reviewed and updated monthly by the AISD Board - All work or products will be provided on an as-needed basis

Description

The Arlington Independent School District (AISD) is inviting vendors to qualify for an all-purpose supplies, equipment, and services bid. This is a qualifying bid only with no specific jobs currently required. By submitting this bid, companies will be placed on the approved vendor list, which is approved by the AISD Board monthly. When AISD has relevant jobs, quote requests will be sent to companies on the approved list that provide the necessary services. All work will be performed on an as-needed basis and must come with at least a one-year warranty if applicable.
