This solicitation invites proposals for a complete system assessment and predesign engineering/design services for the MCA Wastewater Treatment Facility. The current Rotating Biological Contractor Wastewater Treatment Facility is to be decommissioned and absorbed into a new wastewater treatment facility. The new facility aims to increase capacity, meet or exceed projected growth, and update technology and processes to maximize efficiency and efficacy.
