Description

The County Executive’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to serve as a facilitator for the Permit Entitlement Blue Ribbon Task Force. The contractor will lead the task force through an assessment of the County’s Planning and Building Department and the permit entitlement process to identify operational shortcomings and improve efficiency. The scope includes task force formation, information gathering, SWOT analysis, development of SMART goals, lean process improvements, and final reporting. The contract term is three years with an option to extend for two additional years.
