Description
His Majesty the King in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is inviting suppliers experienced in construction services to qualify for repair work and construction of the perimeter wall at the Official Residence of Canada to Kenya in Nairobi. The work includes mobilization, site survey, demolition and removal of existing wall sections in phases, construction of approximately 240 meters of new exterior perimeter wall, installation of security gates and pedestrian access door, maintenance of temporary security barriers, excavation and grading, securing local permits, installation of utilities conduits and cabling, landscaping reinstatement, construction of a transformer hut, deployment of specialized equipment to compress the timeline, and implementation of noise, dust, and traffic control measures. Respondents must be capable of providing services in English or French and able to perform the work in Nairobi, Kenya. The contract duration is estimated at 8 months starting from July 2, 2026.
