Description

This solicitation seeks proposals from qualified proposers to provide development, architectural, configuration, migration, integration, administration, security, and support services for the Microsoft 365 Platform and related Microsoft cloud services. The services aim to support Covered California's collaboration, productivity, identity, security, and business process needs across its Microsoft 365 tenant(s). The contract includes day-to-day support, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 Platform services, including Azure and Entra ID, for internal and external users. The contractor will also support existing and future Microsoft 365 applications and capabilities, including new or rebranded Microsoft cloud services during the contract term.
