The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (MNCPPC) Montgomery County Planning Department is seeking proposals from qualified transportation planning consulting firms to provide on-call services supporting current and future transportation projects. The services are organized into three focus areas: Transportation Planning and Design; Transportation Analysis and Data Collection; and Travel Forecasting and Monitoring Support.
