Description
The selected Seller(s) will sell Electrical Power Supply Service to the MTA for use by the MTA for the applicable Account Group(s) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the bid and relevant utility tariffs. The Seller must comply with applicable utility tariffs and NYISO or NEISO approved rules for third party suppliers. Electrical Power Supply Service may be provided at firm fixed price full requirements, firm fixed price with pass-through, index price contract, or block and index price contract. The MTA may also request green energy or other products at its discretion.
